PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Integrated Eligibility System (IES) initiative IES is intended to help the client streamline and standardize their eligibility to better support staff and improve access for applications to programs. A key component of this initiative will involve determining the integration, retirement, and modernization approach for a variety of existing legacy platforms. This will include a full cataloging of key functions and capabilities of the current systems, as well as a thorough analysis of both the system and operational dependencies of IES retirement/integration related decisions.
