PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Integrated Eligibility System (IES) initiative IES is intended to help the client streamline and standardize their eligibility to better support staff and improve access for applications to programs. A key component of this initiative will involve determining the integration, retirement, and modernization approach for a variety of existing legacy platforms. This will include a full cataloging of key functions and capabilities of the current systems, as well as a thorough analysis of both the system and operational dependencies of IES retirement/integration related decisions.

Develop comprehensive project management plansLead the planning and implementation of projectFacilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverablesDefine project tasks and resource requirementsTrack project deliverables using appropriate toolsProvide management reporting and information disseminationConstantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholdersPresent reports defining project progress, problems and solutionsWork directly with business stakeholders, clients, designers, developers, and engineers to coordinate the building of applications to spec and on time.Provide project quality assuranceDevelop quality assurance metrics to measure outputs.Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.Ensure all projects changes meets the developed quality assurance metrics before it is released to the user community.
