About the Team

Our newly formed Operational Readiness Team is dedicated to ensuring that all operational processes, systems, and resources are fully prepared for the launch of our digital products. We place a strong emphasis on customer-centricity, making sure that all operational outcomes align with the needs and expectations of both internal and external stakeholders.
What you can look forward to as Project Manager Operational Readiness & Training:

Project Planning & Execution: We develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and deliverables, ensuring clear milestones and deadlines. We lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that enhance operational readiness, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives. Stakeholder Onboarding: You will play a key role in the onboarding and alignment of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring everyone involved is equipped and informed to contribute effectively to operational readiness. Process Improvement and Documentation: We develop and standardize the O2C process design methodology framework, coordinating with business stakeholders on design, rollout, contingency plans, engagement, and continuous improvement. We identify and resolve bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the operational setup and maintain thorough documentation of readiness processes and lessons learned for future projects. Change Management: We design and implement change management strategies to support teams in adapting to new processes and technologies. We establish and optimize processes for customer support readiness, distribution management, warranty handling, and partner/supplier onboarding. Cross-Functional Coordination and Stakeholder Engagement: We collaborate with internal departments such as Product, Sales, Customer Service, Legal, Corporate IT, and Finance to ensure seamless execution of operational readiness projects. We maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely updates on project status, risks, and issues.

Your Profile as Senior Project Manager Operational Readiness & Training:

University degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Economics, or similar fields. Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a focus on operational readiness, process improvement, or business transformation projects. Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects with complex deliverables, ideally in an operational or service-focused environment. Familiarity with operational readiness concepts, systems, and processes (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Service Delivery, Customer Onboarding). Demonstrated ability to onboard and coordinate diverse stakeholder groups across departments and levels. Interdisciplinary profile with knowledge or experience in logistics and finance is highly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., French, German) are a plus. PMP, Prince2, or other Project Management certifications are highly desirable.
