About the Role

The principle purpose of the role is to plan and managed small to medium-sized projects, across all phases of the project life cycle

Defines the detailed plan and its interdependencies, including planning for and locating project resources.

Defines management responsibilities for project team, involving people, budget and planning.

Works according to plans developed or translates those portions of business requirements into plans to culminate in business acceptance of results and meeting business objectives.

Interface with various stakeholders, which involves the agreement, planning, timelines and quality of deliverables.

Handles communications between projects and with stakeholders.

Track project deliverables using appropriate tools and to provide direction and support to project team.

Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders

Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.

Identify opportunities for process optimization, process redesign, or development of new process/policies.

Provide guidance and assistance to peers should situation require.

Willingness to travel is an added advantage.

Job Requirements :

At least 3-5 years of Project Management experience

Excellent communication and diplomacy skills with a strong ability to persuade and influence stakeholders relationships

Has strong and proactive personality, and outstanding problem-solving skills

Good conceptual skills, resourceful and time management skills

Proven ability in applying relationship management skills and to be able to build good relationships at senior management level

Committed and able to work under pressure to meet assignment deadline

Self-motivated, good team player, persistent and able to work independently

PMP / PRINCE2 / AGILE certificate is desired
