DESCRIPTION


Coordinating and actively managing one or more several complex Operations projects as the core team member
to ensure an excellent launch of new products
Successfully leading cross functional, interdisciplinary teams (e.g. from Logistics, Manufacturing Engineering,
Duties and Responsibilities
A Project Management
1 Working within the project teams according to the Hella PEP regulations as the Operations core team
member and leading Operations project teams
2 Agreeing and following up targets with the Project manager in terms of quality, costs and timing in
agreement with the superior and taking existing processes and methods into consideration. Providing timely
project decisions and identifying critical paths in order to establish prioritized actions
3 Ensuring that the project targets are being achieved or overachieved simultaneously or with the priority to
selected dimension(s). Be able to focus on the most relevant deliverables (e.g. Functional Safety
requirements)
4 Knowing the Hella-standards, processes, methods and tools in the field of project management, and being
able to apply them accordingly through the project lifetime

Communication with customers/deveopment – first point of contact for new projects
Costs and timeline control
Preparation of quotes with the costs calculation team
Technical knowledge of secondary importance
Soft skills: presenting to customer, team organisation and communication
