Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for someone to help us do extraordinary things. Apple Store Readiness Project Managers is responsible for providing a seamless and consistent customer experience, and manage changes to the Apple Online Store across our New Product Introductions, Promotions, and regular updates to our store. By aligning people, process and technologies, the Project Manager will ensure the integrity of the customer experience is preserved, by problem solving and executing on our e-commerce day to day operations.
