The opportunity : Project Manager-NAT-PAS WKFA-CNS-PC-Talent - Ahmedabad
Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
You will craft and execute research plans to map a wide range of executive, niche, technical, investment, and other candidate populations which will help shape the global workforce. As part of your role, you will have access to the latest recruitment technology and databases. You will also be responsible for developing key metrics to measure the impact of our sourcing efforts in a rigorous, data-driven manner. The People Advisory Services Project Manager is primarily responsible for implementing account activation strategy for GCCs & Technology services client and planning in collaboration with account leadership in the region.
The individual will closely work with Leadership, recruiters, leads and sources within the Workforce Advisory team to drive Performance, Solution Implementation and Account Communication.
The individual ensures all allocated resources are actively engaged and that we deliver Exceptional Client Service (ECS) in all internal and external encounters.
Stakeholder Management - understanding and managing expectations from external stakeholders (clients) and internal stakeholders (Project Delivery Partner/ Director)
Team Management -- understanding the core strengths of the recruiters and leads mapped to the project to be able to align them to hire for the right roles and keep track of their productivity.
Dashboards & Reporting - implementation and consolidation of trackers, creating of dashboards and presentations and sharing project updates.
Collaboration and Team Management - Identifying the right talent required for project execution and collaborating internally with the larger team to set this up.
Recruitment Process Management - Provide post-implementation support by monitoring processes to ensure that they are producing the desired outcomes; make changes for improvement,
Process Design Excellence - Be an advocate of process design and lead the effort to define process design standards, approaches, tools, and other enablers into one coherent Process Management capability. Collaborate with change groups, to ensure process design and capabilities are understood, adopted, and supported.
Skills and attributes
To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification
A post graduate degree or equivalent with a specialization in Human Resources (India or abroad) from a reputed institute
Experience
The ideal candidate should have a Graduate/master’s degree in HR with 8 to 15 years of relevant work experience in a sourcing/recruitment role, with a minimum of 3 -5 years of people management experience
10+ years of Process Design and Implementation experience preferably in HR Consulting /Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
Knowledge of HR technologies services.
7+ years' experience in managing transformation programs / complex, large-scale process design from scope to completion for large RPOs.
The ideal candidate should have an ability to work as an individual contributor as well as lead projects and provide resolutions to a diverse range of complex problems and assist junior team members.
Lateral thinker, strong data analysis skills, and a strong attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels within the firm & clients.
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure; able to manage and execute effectively on multiple, time-sensitive projects, with keen sense of urgency.
Openness to feedback and strong self-awareness.
Strong detail orientation -highly organized with excellent follow-through and deliver.
