Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence


10+ years of Process Design and Implementation experience preferably in HR 
Consulting /Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
• Knowledge of HR technologies services.
• 7+ years' experience in managing transformation programs / complex, largescale process design from scope to completion for large RPOs.
• The ideal candidate should have a Graduate/master’s degree with 8 to 15 
years of relevant work experience in a sourcing/recruitment role, with a 
minimum of 2 years of people management experience
• The ideal candidate should have an ability to work as an individual contributor as 
well as lead projects and provide resolutions to a diverse range of complex 
problems and assist junior team members.

Qualification

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels 
within the firm & clients.
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure; able to manage and 
execute effectively on multiple, time-sensitive projects, with keen sense of 
urgency.
• Openness to feedback and strong self-awareness.
• Strong detail orientation -highly organized with excellent follow-through and 
deliver.
