The Boeing MQ-28 Ghost Bat is a globally-significant program that will deliver a disruptive advantage to support Defence operational capabilities.

Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the Phantom Works Australia (PW-A)and MQ-28 Program.
This role is based in Brisbane and reports into the MQ-28 Program Integration Office.
Responsibilities:
Manage funding lines and oversee project controls for work executed by PW-A and delivered into BDA Business Units.Develop IRAD baselines including statement of works, execution plans and project schedules.Lead functional support provided from the MQ-28 Program Integration Office to ensure PW-A are enabled to execute, including:Global Trade ControlSecurityGFxEHSFacilitiesLead the preparedness of all reporting in accordance with the PW-A operating rhythm.Assist PW-A Leadership Team in overseeing the execution of PW-A projects including the management of subcontracts and coordinating execution.Responsible for integration of PW-A into MQ-28 to ensure seamless delivery of product and capabilities into execution.Lead regular review meetings with senior stakeholders to demonstrate progress and to inform decision making.Work alongside the PW-A and Business Unit Program Leadership team and customers to deliver results.Coordination of project management related elements of Program Management Best Practice (PMBP) assessments.Experience and Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect various organizational entities and foster collaborationTeam orientated, dynamic, innovative and likes to think outside the square;Experience in applying project management skills in a high functioning, fast-paced environmentFormal Project Management, Engineering, Business or Management qualifications is desired; however, prior experience will be considered.Demonstrated proficiency in all project management areas in accordance with accepted industry project management standards.Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to exert influence at multiple organisational levels.High level communication and negotiation skills with a strong focus on building successful relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.Drive and passion to grow capability, mentor and coach other PM professionals.Applicants must be an Australian Citizen and hold, or have ability to obtain a security clearance.Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements.
