Project Manager (PM)

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Ensures smooth implementation of projects based on company and client guidelines Implements projects based on agreed and approved guidelines and within the budget given Coordinates with Operations/Area Managers and Account Managers on project requirements Ensures all instructions, responsibility and operational details are understood by the team or implementing personnel

Manpower and Materials

Interviews, hires and trains potential subordinate and terminates if necessary accordingly to the law Facilitates manpower and QA training Encodes manpower time sheet and van hires Submits Manning Report to the Operations Manager on a monthly basis Ensures safekeeping of company and client’s equipment Ensures projects materials are complete Requests for project budget and submits liquidations

Project Implementation

Supervises Project Coordinators in everyday operations and concerns Attends activation to manage issues, concerns and possible solutions Submits reports and answer queries/concerns of Operations Manager and Account Manager Ensures documentation of the project via submission of reports and pictures

Client Relationship

Client servicing in absence of Operations Manager and Account Manager during trade visits Attends and participates in client meetings
