Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will lead the execution of large and complex projects and ensures that all related activities are per-formed in accordance with ABB policies, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments. You will support the Local Division and Operations Managers in overseeing team development and process improvement to continually increase the effectiveness of project execution.The work model for the role is: #hybridThis role is contributing to the Process Automation Process Industries in Jakarta, Indonesia.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tLeading the project team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing project hand-over, execution planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.•\tProviding leadership and active involvement in continuous improvement and simplification.•\tSupporting local Sales and Tendering through early involvement in tenders.•\tDriving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.

Qualifications for the role

\tMaster or bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution; Accredited qualification in Business Management is added advantage.\tMinimum 10 years of total engineering and project management experience, at least 5 years in senior project management role.\tStrong Leadership and business management skills.\tStrong interpersonal and communication skills.\tSolid professional with proven success in delivering complex solutions in Process Industries, includ-ing, but not limited to the scope of Automation Systems, Electrical, E-house, Digital Solutions.\tExperience in delivering Large Projects (>5MUSD) in Process industries will be required. Experience in Pulp & Paper, Mining industry in the South East Asia will be preferred. \tIntimate knowledge of solutions bundling ( Process Electrification, Large E-houses, Automation Systems, Filed Instruments, Power Management System, ).
