A successful Project Manager will drive NPI planning for key technologies. Responsibilities will encompass matrix management, reporting, logistic readiness, and project management activities. The preferred candidate is a strategic problem solver who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to communicate changes, analyze risks, and execute complex mitigation strategies in support of engineering development builds.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
Preparing comprehensive project execution plans, resource allocation plans, process accountabilities, RACI & governanceLeading large, cross-division functional teams or projects that will drive successful products to market to meet business objectivesEstablishing the metrics required to measure business performance and recommend the go-forward strategy to address performance gapsTracking the metrics, evaluating actual performance, and making recommendations to business leaders on performance target achievementEvaluating business plans to ensure they are operationally executable against defined strategic objectivesCreating and develop program reports and summaries for executive management in conjunction with team leads across IET Industrial SolutionsFuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have:
Bachelor's Degree Required, preferably in STEM or equivalent experienceA minimum of 5 years total experience in strategy planning or project management or operations A minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering enterprise software with focus on analytics and machine learningEffective interpersonal skills and ability to present to managementWork in a way that works for you
