International Procurement is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our Project Management Office Team.

This is a highly visible, challenging, and rewarding position in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional execution of supplier resourcing and relocation projects associated with Category Management Team cost reduction efforts
• Provide support with execution planning (including key milestone timing) to Category Management teams for supplier resourcing and relocation projects
• Lead expedited cross-functional execution of supplier resourcing projects to eliminate/mitigate supply shortages due to forced supplier exits or bankruptcies
• Lead coordination of Procurement activities in support of major insourcing projects with Manufacturing
• Develop detailed project plans and perform critical path analysis using Microsoft Project, as needed
• Lead cross-functional resolution of a wide range of complex problems in innovative ways, including issues where precedent may not exist
• Network with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise
• Coordinate cross-functional risk and issues investigations and mitigation
• May instruct, coach or provide informal guidance to colleagues with less experience
• Present project status to Senior Procurement management and Executive level audiences
• Identifies needed resources for cross functional project teams

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degreeAt least 8 years of supply chain, engineering or manufacturing experience1 year lead experience

OR

Master's degreeAt least 6 years of supply chain, engineering or manufacturing experience1 year lead experience

OR

At least 10 years of supply chain, engineering or manufacturing experience1 year lead experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. International Motors does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status) Desired Skills

• Demonstrates a positive attitude and a strong commitment to work.
• Familiarity with truck and/or engine products and components is desirable.
• A strong understanding of procurement processes is desirable.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for reporting and status updates at all organizational levels.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive approach to solving complex problems.
• Ability to prioritize work effectively.
• Experience managing a project with cross-functional teams and suppliers in different regions / time zones / cultures
• PMP preferred
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt / Green Belt training and/or certification preferred
