Our PS Project Managers lead customers, partner with internal Teams through the implementation of projects using a combination of management and technical skills. If you possess the ability to own a portfolio of medium to high complexity projects and have established experience in project management methodologies, consulting, and leading technology implementation projects, then this role may be exactly the challenge you are seeking.Responsibilities:Lead technical deployment projects from kickoff to close outUnderstand customer technical scope and any onboarding requirements (i.e. background checks, fingerprints, badging, network access, etc.)Coordinate with customers for schedule availability and resource project accordinglyPartner with other PS Managers to ensure scope is delivered timely and within budgetBuild and maintain technical project plans outlining tasks, landmark dates and allocation of resources aligned to statements of work (SOW's)Provide timely and accurate status updates to all customer, partner and Splunk team members throughout the projectsOwn and handle technical project issues through to resolution, and ensure expectations are clearly set with customer and Splunk teamsAssist in the development and maintenance of project methodology aligned to PS offeringsMaintain and cultivate Splunk, partner, and customer relationshipsIdentify and promote opportunities for Splunk products and services to meet additional customer requirementsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of Splunk products, industry best practices, and project management skills through continuous learningDesired Skills and Experience:7+ years project management or service delivery management experience in a customer facing role, with PMP certification or equivalent preferredConfirmed experience leading delivery of complex customer projects with multi-functional teams using waterfall and agile project delivery methodologiesDemonstrate the confidence and interpersonal skills needed to conduct effective executive presentationsExcellent verbal and written communications skillsAbility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment while working independently and remotely from other members of your teamBA/BS preferred in business management, computer science, computer engineering or equivalent work experienceExperience working for a software vendor preferredProfessional Services tools familiarity: FinancialForce, Salesforce, Jira, Smartsheets supports

Base Pay Range

Poland

Base Pay: PLN 184,000.00 - 253,000.00 per year

Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
