About the Role
Primary responsibility will be to plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion within specified timeframes and budgets. Responsible for coordinating resources, managing stakeholders, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards. Also responsible for executing transformation initiatives in relation to either a major activity or the ongoing improvement of effectiveness and efficiency of an AIA entity, a function, or a departmentDefines the detailed plan and its interdependencies, including planning for and locating project resources.Defines management responsibilities for project team, involving people, budget and planning.Works according to plans developed or translates those portions of business requirements into plans to culminate in business acceptance of results and meeting business objectives.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies before project execution.Understands business requirements, policies and practices, identifying and satisfying resource needs and ensuring achievement project goals.Reviews and monitors risk mitigation and contingency plans.Interface with various stakeholders, which involves the agreement, planning, timelines and quality of deliverables.Handle escalations and issue resolution between business stakeholders and outsourcing partners/business partners.Manages communications between projects and with stakeholders.Track project deliverables using appropriate tools and to provide direction and support to project team.Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholdersImplement change control processes and manage project changes for scope, budget or timeline adjustments and interventions to achieve project outputs.Provide guidance and assistance to peers should situation require.Willingness to travel occasionally for project-related activities.Job Requirements :
At least 5-8 years of Project Management experience.Hands-on experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, budget and timelines are met.Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and risk management.Ability to create and manage project plans, budgets and schedules.Proficiency in Project Management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).Stakeholder management – ability to coordinate between internal teams, external vendors and senior leadership.Excellent diplomacy skills with a strong ability to persuade and influence stakeholders relationships.Strong communication and reporting skills for project status updates, risk management/escalations and governance meetings.Experience using project management tools (Microsoft project, Jira, Trello, etc).Good conceptual skills, resourceful and time management skills.Proven ability in applying relationship management and to be able to build good relationships at senior management level as well as project working group.Committed and able to work under pressure to meet assignment deadline.Self-motivated, good team player, persistent and able to work independently.PMP / PRINCE2 / AGILE certificate is desired.Good communication skills in English both written and oral.Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
