Are you ready to join our Great Place to Work and B Corp certified organization? **What will you do?** For the business unit Rare we are looking for a Project Manager who contributes to the realization of the sales targets. The Project Manager does this by contributing to the BU’s marketing, medical and market access activities in the form of initiating, executing and implementing projects which result from the portfolio and brand strategies and from the trends and needs in the Benelux. Furthermore, you will: + Lead and implement projects based on portfolio and product strategies, ensuring adherence to established timelines and requirements; + Gather project information and consult stakeholders on project approach, phases, roles, and any specific requirements; + Implement, execute of social media plan on monthly basis; + Maintenance of RARE Benelux website; + Implement and execute different awareness days of specific rare diseases; + Analytics of rare diseases website and social media campaigns; + Prepare detailed project estimates, budgets, and business cases to ensure proper financial planning and resource allocation; + Manage financial approval processes, actively monitor budgets, and make adjustments as necessary to stay within project parameters; + Develop a comprehensive project plan that outlines timelines, resources, budget, and quality standards for successful execution; + Facilitate timely project plan approvals from managers, customers, and stakeholders to maintain alignment and support; + Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing measures to manage potential issues within contractual terms; + Build and foster local or regional partnerships to strengthen project outcomes and enhance collaborative efforts; + Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, maintaining clear communication with managers, customers, and team members; + Track and adjust project progress, finances, and scope, making corrective actions to address any deviations from the plan; + Ensure proper project documentation, conduct knowledge transfer sessions, and prepare regular status reports to keep stakeholders informed; + Close projects effectively, perform post-project evaluations, and share relevant market insights to support ongoing strategic development; + You will closely work together with international colleagues on a daily base. **We offer you the following:** + An attractive salary in line with your experience; + Bonus structure based on performance and company result; + Empower yourself: lots of Learning & Development opportunities; + Unique opportunity to work for an Italian family-owned company with a strong emphasis on our values and behavior; + Work for the largest pharmaceutical group in the world which is Certified B Corporations; + Opportunity to work (partly) from home; + Attractive pension scheme; + Chiesi will take care of 50% of the costs of your (and your family’s) health insurance; + Business and fun combined; for example a 3-day trip with the complete Benelux team. **Who are we looking for?** Someone with a strong project management skills and knows how to communicate on different levels. You have the ability to build relationships inside and outside the organization. Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English are key for this role. Furthermore you have: + Working and thinking level: bachelor, e.g. a completed marketing, commercial economics or business administration programme. + Minimum of 5 years of working experience preferably within a network/knowledge organization; + Experience with project-based working and managing and coordinating projects and project members; + Knowledge of and experience with marketing strategies and implementation techniques; + Knowledge of and experience with CRM/ERP systems; + Experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical devices industry is a plus.
