Job Description:
Responsible for effectively managing and executing the marketing budget for Hertz Car sales. This will involve creating the forecasted budget allocations for current and new marketing channels based on expected monthly sales. Proper budget execution will require monitoring, analyses, and optimization of various marketing strategies throughout their lifecycles. These efforts will ensure that traffic and lead growth is meeting ROI and KPI benchmarks.
Develop and properly execute all marketing strategies that operate within the budgeted forecasts that are based on sales estimates.
Develop and expand current and new projects/strategies that drive results to meet retail goals. (Website portion of Digital retailing, Home Delivery, Lyft pilot, etc)
Monitor and support digital services that support HCS tools and programs. (data feeds, reports, logins, lead sources/parsers, email templates, call tracking, texting)Provide data and performance reports for regular review to illustrate ROI and KPI results. (Ecommerce, AdHoc Analytics)
Set objectives and provide direction, advice and motivation to assigned direct reports. This includes internal and external teams (vendors).
Works with procurement to engage with new and current vendors to manage invoicing, contracts, and service requests.
Manage communication with key stakeholders in relevant areas of the business. This includes provide support to the Retail and R2B team members regarding the website and other digital services.
Starting salary is $70K; commensurate with experience.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree or higherProfessional Experience:
7+ years’ experience working and executing strategy in applicable data centric roles, marketing experience in the car sales vertical. Experience working in cross functional teams. Team Management experience.Skills:
