**Description** **Project Manager \*Remote * Candidates in WA, OR and CA are encouraged to apply.** The Project Manager will join a dynamic team managing a diverse portfolio of data science projects, research initiatives, and precision medicine efforts within the Providence Clinical Innovation Institute (PCII). This role is pivotal in advancing data science, genomics, precision medicine, and machine learning initiatives, while driving iterative development, fostering continuous feedback, and ensuring high-quality deliverables through enhanced collaboration among research, clinical, and technical teams. Thriving in a highly adaptive environment, the Project Manager embraces change and guides teams to respond with agility. They support and empower teams to work effectively under evolving conditions, overseeing multiple groups and coordinating efforts to align with departmental and organizational strategic goals. Their leadership is key in integrating these efforts into a cohesive whole, supporting a culture of continuous learning and innovation. The Project Manager plans, implements, and manages data science and data infrastructure projects supporting advanced analytics and research. They develop implementation strategies, maintain timelines and budgets, and engage stakeholders across the organization. With expertise in Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and Kanban, and Project Management Professional (PMP) principles, the Project Manager optimizes workflows and manages Agile Boards using Azure DevOps. Additional responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, mentoring teams, and identifying and implementing process improvements and strategies to remove barriers to project completion.
