Our sales team engages with both new and existing restaurant customers to help transform their business with software and services. Our Solution Assurance project analyst is responsible for executing a repeatable process for all non-standard and/or complex customer solutions to ensure both customer success and NCR Voyix success. · Are you a proactive communicator who thrives on solving complex problems? · Do you have the critical thinking skills to cut through the noise and make fast, effective decisions? As the Project Manger for Restaurants Solution Assurance, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our cutting-edge products to our customers - ensuring that the end-to-end solution will meet and exceed expectations. You will drive the Solution Assurance process; facilitating internal and cross-functional meetings; deliver reporting; and drive process efficiencies. The role will work in a very dynamic environment working very closely with Industry leadership and cross-functional teams to: gather data; provide direction to resources and teams; assist with breaking down roadblocks/hurdles; and drive ongoing change through use of technology and tools. The Business Analyst will gain exposure to many areas of NCR and its solutions. In addition, you will have exposure and engagement with various leadership around NCR. What You’ll Do · Own the Process: Expedite the process by developing project schedules, managing risk, and ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration. · Solve Problems with Creativity: Unblock roadblocks, handle issues independently, and deliver innovative solutions to keep projects moving forward. · Prioritize What Matters: Use sound judgment to focus on the essential tasks and decisions that drive results, avoiding distractions and inefficiencies. · Drive Business Impact: Support high-impact programs that accelerate speed to market, boost new product revenue, and improve customer satisfaction. · Ensure Transparency: Maintain executive dashboards with clear KPIs to keep leadership informed and aligned. · Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Product Managers, Marketing, Engineering, Sales Operations, Support, and more to deliver outcomes. · Operate at Scale: Create tools, processes, and frameworks to improve efficiency and execution velocity. What You Bring · A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. · 5-6 years of experience in program/project management within the technology industry · Dedication to process improvement - how to consistently drive change by leading initiatives that will enhance the overall process · Proactive and clear communication skills—both written and verbal. · A strong sense of ownership and a knack for creative problem-solving. · A passion for driving progress by managing risk and overcoming obstacles. · Experience with tools like Smartsheet, Salesforce, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint. · The ability to prioritize and thrive in a complex environment.
