Teradyne, a global leader in semiconductor test and solution, industrial automation and robotics solutions, is seeking skilled and dedicated Automation Program Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Automation Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing cutting-edge robot solutions based on Universal Robots' cobot arms and Mobile Industrial Robots' (MiR) Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) to our key customers in the semiconductor industry across the APAC region.
The key focus of Automation Project Manager is to ensure the successful execution of large strategic mobile cobot projects in collaboration with both external and internal stakeholders, to meet the successful and fast deployment.
Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for strategic semiconductor accounts support and automation projects management. Define clear project scope, success criteria and implementation strategy with technical understanding. Build project plans and schedules, risk assessments and business cases. Lead and facilitate the projects and daily coordinate across the organization and ensure progress in accordance to plans, management and reporting of risks. Central point of communication, conflict resolution, and issue escalation Enable project success and on-time deliverables Lead and motivate the project team members Manage financials including hours and expenses versus budget Manage scope and resources aligned with project milestones Manage work plans, deadlines and key milestones to be on-time, on-budget Organize, plan and oversee all aspects of the project Provide leadership and direction for overall project and development teams Basic Qualification, Education and Skills Required: Minimum 5 years of experience from a similar position in semiconductor industry or industry automation. Has engineering degree or experience in one of these fields (electronics, automation, robotics, mechatronics or software development). Project management experience in automation, semiconductor, or similar. Full English proficiency, both written and spoken.
