Job Purpose:
Take charge of assigned projects and processes. Develop modern IT solutions that support the sales team, provide a competitive edge, increase efficiency, and reduce complexity. Work closely with IT solution providers.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE:
Manage projects related to IoPS, VC, AI, and e-RTMOversee business aspects of assigned projectsCollaborate with IT solution providers, CDO, and CBDWork with both internal and external stakeholdersAnalyze current processes and identify areas for improvementMonitor user behaviour, understand their needs, and proactively create solutionsConduct business and technical analysis, and develop new solution conceptsPrepare and update project schedulesCoordinate testing of implemented projectsEnsure timely and quality completion and reporting of tasksCommunicate effectively with internal and external clientsProvide materials for ongoing projectsKeep an eye on competitor activitiesWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
Project management experienceKnowledge of project management methodologies (Prince 2, Agile, Scrum, DevOps preferred)Experience leading a software development or enhancement team (a plus)Experience working with developers, testers, and business analysts (a plus)Experience in the Sales Department (a plus)Ability to create project schedulesStrong analytical skills to break down complex business processesAbility to express and defend opinions and find compromisesPrioritization, planning, and task execution skillsProblem-solving and decision-making abilitiesCreativity and dedication to tasksExcellent interpersonal and teamwork skillsPresentation skillsProficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive)Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or MS Project (a plus)Leadership
