**Job Description**
We are looking for a driven and passionate professional to support our Technology and Innovation team in a contract role as Project Manager. In this role you will collaborate closely with the Data Strategy, Business Applications, and Yardi Reporting teams to deliver solutions that enhance business operations and drive success.
**Responsibilities**
+ Develop a deep understanding of the relationships between Information Technology applications and their respective business stakeholders.
+ Engage with business stakeholders and interface with multiple departments across our End-user communities to ensure accurate and complete requirements are shared with the development teams.
+ Manage the day-to-day development activities such as assigned project work, defect and bug management, and support of ongoing business processes.
+ Facilitate and lead agile ceremonies such as daily scrums, sprint planning, program increment planning, and retrospectives.
+ Maintain the backlog and prioritize work items according to the business value and stakeholder feedback.
+ Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s performance, progress, and productivity.
+ Assist in strategic development, execution, management, and break down of defined work.
+ Additional duties as assigned.
**Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field or equivalent work experience.
+ 2+ years of experience working in an agile technical environment as a business analyst and/or project manager.
+ Ability to work across multiple, distributed, functional groups.
+ Strong enterprise-wide vision (seeing the big picture) with strong attention to detail.
+ Strong business analysis, project management, and communication skills
+ Knowledge of agile methodologies such as kanban and scrum and ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business.
+ Ability to work on site in San Antonio full time.
+ Willing to commit a temporary contract length of one (1) year.
**Additional Qualifications:**
+ Certifications or relevant training in any of the following areas: Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management, Quality Management or Engineering.
+ Experience with Scaled Agile Execution (SCRUM/KANBAN concepts).
+ Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to interface with all levels of employees
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills
+ Ability and willingness to act as a team player
+ Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
+ Enthusiasm for solving problems and contributing to the success of the team and the company
+ Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
