As a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions for solving the most challenging business problems with deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent and associated work products. You will work on projects that assist clients in integrating strategy, process, technology, and information to enhance effectiveness, reduce costs, and improve profit and shareholder value. Participate in business development activities and contribute to proposal development. Your primary responsibilities include: • Strategic SAP Solution Leadership: Leading the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability that meet client needs. • Team Delivery leadership: Leading and manage high performing team of SAP consultants to deliver work products on time, budget, and quality. • Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involvement in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging your functional expertise of SAP with clients and team members and working with the latest technologies with industry best practices applied. **Required technical and professional expertise** Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation, and budget management; Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including SAP HANA consultants, IT, and business stakeholders; Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify project scope, and define project deliverables; Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deadlines; Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies; Ensure quality assurance and testing of SAP HANA solutions; Manage vendor relationships and contracts; Communicate project progress, issues, and changes to stakeholders; Ensure project deliverables meet business objectives and customer needs; Collaborate with internal teams to ensure SAP HANA solutions align with business strategies and objectives. **Preferred technical and professional experience** Fluent English
