Your primary responsibilities include: * Leads a project team in supporting solutions according to project charter or contract for SAP Hana engagements. Has overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables in the production environment. * Manages project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements, including IBM and client employees and 3rd party vendors. Requires experience with PM methodologies. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Extensive Project Management experience: must have at least 8 years experience in SAP Project Management. With client facing and experience leading a PS/operations teams and skillset and coverage analysis, resource performance, follow up on tasks owned and reinforce teams on their follow up, load spreading for critical issues amongst DM/QB’s. (ie on/off coverage), RCA’s. * Strong experience managing IT project implementation and exposure to manage service: Process and Procedure awareness ie QB checklist, business flows, etc, Proactive analysis that will help prevent issues, Work with Team leads as needed for a grasp of your area, Staffing and staffing issues with command center, DPE support with above base IBM project coordination, DPE Support with forecast vs actual, Keep DPE informed * Must have experience on Project Management methodologies, as well as an understanding of SAP HANA. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Amenable to work on a client-based schedule (dayshift, mid-shift, night-shift) and in any IBM locations in Quezon City (Eastwood and/or UP Ayala Technohub) * Exposure to different IT capabilities such as SAP and non SAP * At least 5 full-cycle implementation and roll-out projects is preferred. * Project Management certification is a plus IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
