This role is designed for professionals with a passion for project management and a commitment to excellence in delivering services to our business clients. The Project Manager / Scrum Master oversees the project from inception (team assembly, budget analysis, and initiating the project kick-off with the team and client) through the entire project lifecycle, culminating in its completion and formal closure. In this role you would report into our Delivery Management Director.

Assemble a diverse project team and craft a comprehensive project delivery plan.Understand the contractual nuances of each project.Oversee daily project management tasks.Consistently report on project status and progress to stakeholders at various levels.Implement and manage processes for risk, issue, and change during the project lifecycle.Secure client approval for both partial and complete project deliverables.Ensure project delivery aligns with agreed timelines, quality standards, budget, and profitability targets.Lead and deliver projects of varying sizes, potentially as part of a larger program.Manage and support team members, both locally and remotely.Foster collaboration with clients, third-party team members, and suppliers.Adhere to the company’s project management protocols and methodologies.Engage in business development activities to uncover new opportunities.Contribute to the proposal process and offer development.Enhance and share project management expertise within the Merkle framework.Provide general consulting services.Develop straightforward concepts and specifications.
