What is the opportunity?
You will be part of an Agile development team that works with a broad range of technologies, internal teams, and third party vendor partners. You will be leading project management activities on a variety of small - large sized projects and demonstrate advance knowledge in all aspects of requirements planning elicitation, analysis, documentation, and support planning. In addition to executing on the book of work, you will also be collaborating, innovating, and ideating in a flexible environment.
You will be working on a broad range of exciting projects as a member of a cross-functional team of specialists (Business Systems Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, Quality Assurance Engineers, UI / UX Designer).
You will have access to subject matter experts, coaches, technical training & resources, and will be reporting into the PDO Delivery Director within Wealth Management Technology.
What will you do?
Facilitate Agile initiatives from initiation to release whilst providing oversight to ensure alignment with RBC Agile/Scrum practices (including but not limited to: project kick-off, sprint, release and deployment planning)Facilitate discussion leading to collective decision-making, goal setting and conflict resolution within the team.Facilitate team problem-solving by considering options, suggesting solutions and escalating issues through business and/or IT channels where necessary.Facilitate and engage in business analysis, user experience and technical conversations across platforms.Accountable alongside the scrum team for the achievement of release objectives and results that meet stakeholders’ needs and expectations.Accountable for creating and maintaining the appropriate space to enable open macommunication within the scrum team (e.g. tracker boards) to foster a trusting and safe team environment.Track and manage risks to delivery and reporting financials for the team.Manage team performance to promote joint accountability for results and solve productivity issues.Remove impediments to deliver success through the proactive management of external dependencies.Navigate and identify shared IT services required by the team in the delivery of its objectives.What do you need to succeed?

The expected salary range for this particular position is $65,000-$115,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
