Preferred candidates will have a Government Project Management background or Oil Spill Response Project Management experience. The scope of the proposed services will include the following: + Provide day-to-day project management support. + Creation of project documentation: daily, weekly, semi-monthly and monthly status reports; project schedules and plans, meeting minutes, risks and issues, other documentation as needed. + Activity and resource planning. + Analyzing project risks and issues, help identify ways to mitigate risks. + Process monitoring. + Monitor project deliverables. + Conduct cost/benefit analysis. + Documentation of specifications and requirements tracking. + Provide day-to-day support for on-going processes. Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory: + Three (3) years minimum experience as a Project Manager for Software Development projects. Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory: + Government Project Managment experience. + Previous experience with Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) principles and best practices. + Familiarity with ASANA. + Familiarity with Jama and/or Zephyr testing systems. + PMP Certification. + Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
