Project Manager - Senior - Supply Chain Planning

**DESCRIPTION**
This role is responsible for managing, developing, and implementing programs composed of multiple cross-functional projects. The Project Manager partners with key business stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects that drive supply chain processes and systems improvements. This position requires managing a variety of responsibilities, from the design and setup of new supply chain facilities to collaborating with different functions like purchasing, finance, and quality.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead the design and setup of the supply chain for new manufacturing facilities.
+ Set up warehousing, logistics, import, and export flows to work with both domestic and global suppliers and customers.
+ Implement planning and logistics processes and systems in collaboration with the IT function.
+ Coordinate with other functions such as purchasing, finance, and quality to deliver an end-to-end supply chain solution.
+ Lead cross-functional projects from inception to completion; facilitate project planning with stakeholders to determine project scope and objectives.
+ Establish project performance goals, design project plans, and develop timelines. Track performance against project goals and milestones.
+ Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and ensure all documentation is complete.
+ Manage project risk, utilizing quality tools to identify and resolve issues, applying alternative solutions as needed.
+ Plan and monitor project budget, ensuring completion within agreed timelines and resources.
+ Provide developmental feedback and coach project team members throughout various stages of the project.
+ Manage project scope and resources, ensuring the inclusion of necessary deliverables without scope creep.
+ Share team learnings with other teams and incorporate experiences to improve future projects.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Skills and Experience Required:**
+ 8+ years of experience working in supply chain, project management, or purchasing.
+ Proven experience in leading complex cross-functional projects and driving accountability among teams.
+ Knowledge of supply chain IT systems, including ERP, is a plus.
+ Strong financial acumen and understanding of key financial indicators to make informed business decisions.
+ Strong ability to communicate effectively with various audiences, using multi-modal communication methods.
+ Ability to manage complexity and prioritize tasks in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
+ Experience with project issue and risk management, using structured tools to mitigate and resolve risks.
+ Excellent at resource management, including headcount and expense planning to meet project goals.
+ Demonstrated customer focus and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
+ Ability to plan and align work to meet organizational goals and project commitments.
+ Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain integration, balancing inventory, cost, and delivery to meet customer needs.
+ Proficient in conflict management, handling conflicts with a minimal impact on the project.
**Experience:**
+ 5-7 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, project management, or related fields is preferred.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education, Licenses, Certifications:**
+ College or university degree or equivalent is required.
+ Licensing may be required for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
