Job Description: Project Manager Role Details: Location: Lancaster County, OH Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Pay Rate: $48–$50/hour

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the management and execution of multiple startup data center projects in Lancaster County, OH. This role will focus on coordinating schedules, managing resources, ensuring safety, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The position will primarily involve two Google data center projects and one Meta project, requiring strong organizational and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities: Lead multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines. Facilitate project planning sessions with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and performance goals. Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitor and communicate project progress, providing regular updates to the team and stakeholders. Identify, track, and resolve project issues, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines. Manage project budgets, conduct research, and analyze data to support decision-making. Mitigate project risks using quality tools, identifying alternative solutions when necessary. Oversee on-site safety, resource scheduling, and commissioning documentation. Organize and lead on-site meetings, acting as the primary point of contact for project-related activities. Share insights and lessons learned with other teams to enhance future project success.
