Project Manager Service Partner Experience

Job Summary

The role of PM Service Partner experience is to Accelerate Time to Market to sell and Operational readiness of business programs, enable profitable growth through operational efficiencies and have a partner centric approach in all decisions.

We look for an Advanced Subject Matter Expert in Sales Operations to enable Indirect Managed Services capabilities and processes while ensuring that existing programs are executed upon expectations in markets.


Responsibilities

Translate COE Managed Services Business requirements into Ops capabilities & processesAssess feasibility and develop compliant and actionable solutionDrive global program operational deployment & executionOperate the end 2 end lifecycle journey from onboarding to program enrollment and program renewal within Amplify cycles Document end to end processes Identify training needs and organize training sessions for partners and peers (new comers/refresh trainings)Connect with the right stakeholders internal & external (Business COE, Category, Finance, DT&O, Market Operations …)Drive continuous improvement plans towards more automation, simplification and efficiency gain while maintaining operational excellenceIntegrate Regional team feedback and proposalDrive transformation jointly with Technology teams to integrate more advanced technologies & innovation in our processesAct as MOC lead for MPS process /tools changes and directly manage the implementation and consequence management after the go liveImplement and coordinate the management of Operational process for MPS partnersAct as escalation point for MPC or MPS pricing related tools and provide guidance on ops supportAct as consultant for MPS compliance teamsAct as SPOC for Amplify program ops support for Power Services partners and Lifecycle Specializations.


Education & Experience Recommended

University degree6 to 8 years experience in IT/ Business Operations/ Channel OperationsTrack record in change management and operational governanceProject management experience/certification as a plus


Knowledge & Skills

In-depth knowledge of HP operational processes, industry trends, and customer/partner requirements.In-depth understanding of core HP businesses and the revenue cycle, being a PLUS knowledge on Managed Services and/or cMPS programsExcellent communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation), leadership, and influence skills.Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.Ability to drive process improvements using industry standard quality improvements tools and concepts.Strong project management skills such as planning, execution and implementation.Solid financial and business acumenIn depth and end-to-end understanding of MPS Processes and Tools landscape - mandatoryStrong understanding and operational knowledge of the MPS tools (MPC, CPQ, Eclipse, MY PRS, MS Dynamics, S4)
