What you will you be doing...

Working within the Sales support team, responsible for the execution of sales programsDirecting and managing day-to-day operations of the PMO, covering both technical and non-technical programs.Guiding personnel managing the organization’s project portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and goals.Developing and enforcing project management best practices, processes, and policies.Collaborating with leadership and stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and develop projects.Ensuring efficient project management processes, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk assessment.Providing executive management with resource forecasts and program status updates.Supervising project and program managers to ensure projects meet scope, quality, time, and cost requirements.Performing other related duties as needed.

Experience

Experience collaborating with the Sales team to implement programs and projectsPMP certification or active pursuit preferred.Extensive knowledge of project management standards and best practices (e.g., PMBOK).Familiarity with various IT project methodologies and life cycles.Understanding of industry standards (e.g., ISO, CMM, Six Sigma).Knowledge of the financial services industry and FIS products/services.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project) and auxiliary tools.Strong skills in managing project budgets and timelines.Effective negotiation, analysis, problem-solving, and conflict management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to interact effectively with executives and set clear expectations.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive assignments.
