+ This job is a member of the Crew Scheduling Operations Team within the Integrated Operations Division.
+ This position will be responsible for coordinating the development of curriculum objectives with the Training Leads for Pilot Scheduling, Flight Attendant Scheduling and Crew Tracking.
**What you'll do**

+ Utilize knowledge of Instructional Design and Adult Learning Theory to create curriculum. In addition, act as the point of contact between trainers and web developers in order to address LMS requests, such as managing timelines, monitoring progress and ensuring functionality for all e-learning projects.
+ Delegate responsibilities within training related projects while working with the Training Leads, SOD’s, MOD’s and Senior Managers to support the needs of Crew Scheduling.
+ Manage communications between the training department and Crew Scheduling.
+ Partner with stakeholders to identify, research and determine solutions to address learning gaps.
+ Attend meetings; complete project tracking/analysis reports; report to management and business owners regarding progress, issues and risks.
**All you'll need for success**
**Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent years of experience
+ 3 years of Crew Scheduling job related experience
+ Project Management Certification (PMP) or relevant work experience in managing projects
**Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience**
+ 1 year Crew Scheduling experience within the training department
**Skills, Licenses & Certifications**
+ Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft office software (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new software
+ Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
+ Ability to exercise sound judgment in making decisions based on information gathered/reviewed
+ Ability to prioritize and to handle multiple tasks concurrently
+ Ability to work well under pressure and with multiple deadlines
+ Must have a team-focused approach with the ability to collaborate with trainers, managers, SME's, and other support staff to identify training content and produce effective training courses
+ Ability to work with minimal supervision
+ Ability to prepare and deliver written and verbal presentations
