Description We are in search of a well-rounded Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team. This role is based in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and will be hybrid, onsite a couple days a week. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage complex, large-scale IT projects from initiation to completion. • Work across various IT domains including business applications, generative AI, Infrastructure, and Cyber Security. • Ensure all projects are completed within the defined scope, quality, time, and cost constraints. • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. • Maintain a well-rounded project/program management approach, not focusing on any specific technology or background. • Hold a forward-facing role, interacting with all parts of the business and delivering strong communication skills. • Utilize project management certifications such as PMP and PMI to ensure project success. • Handle projects from both an Infrastructure and Development perspective. • Not primarily focused on technical aspects, more emphasis on Project Management. • Adapt to the growing business and lead the transformation within the IT group. Requirements • Well round background in Infrastructure & Development background • Proven track record in Project Management • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously • Proficient in project management software • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills • Ability to manage project budgets effectively • Proven ability to meet project deadlines • Strong knowledge of business processes and strategies • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
