Your Mission Lead complex local and international programs and projects in arena of sterile single use flexible endoscopes Responsible to achieve project goals in time, budget and quality that were agreed on with project sponsors Close collaboration with project staff from development, product management, production, regulatory affairs and other disciplines Collaboration with external development partners Communication with stakeholders Your Talents Successfully completed studies in engineering, master is a plus. At least 5 years of experience in managing interdisciplinary development projects in agile setup Experience in medical technology and regulations desirable (eg, FDA, ISO 13485, MDR, 10079 would be a plus) Experience in leading interdisciplinary global teams e.g gaining commitment, accountability and feedback Intercultural competence and willingness to travel appr. 10 to 20 % Very good English written and oral language skills Excellent communication and management skills with different stakeholders Goal-oriented way of working Assertiveness, commitment, flexibility, well organized and ability to work in a team
