Description We are on the lookout for a Project Manager with Agile expertise. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will be well-versed with Agile methodologies and will be tasked with supporting the engagement, discovery, and design phases, aligning leaders on key pain points, and defining recommendations for future-state Designs. Responsibilities: • Align leaders on key product delivery lifecycle pain points and secure buy-in and capacity commitment from them. • Collaborate with the Agile coaching team in the engagement, discovery, and design phases. • Assist in the formulation of 12 month and 90 day OKRs for leaders, providing coaching and education. • Support the Agile coaching team in outlining recommendations for future-state Designs according to team typology best practices. • Participate in the Design workshop to align leadership on a future state design and development of an action and communication plan. • Utilize skills in Agile Scrum, Atlassian Jira, Cloud Technologies, CRM, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, IBM, and About Time to effectively perform tasks. • Maintain excellent communication skills to effectively relay information to team members and stakeholders. • Adhere to budget processes and guidelines to ensure financial efficiency. • Leverage knowledge and experience in the construction industry to assist in project management. • Employ Agile Coaching skills to support the team and ensure smooth project execution. Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Project Management role, preferably in Systems. • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is essential for managing project tasks and workflows. • A strong understanding of Cloud Technologies and their application in business environments. • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage client interactions. • Extensive knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to streamline business processes. • Experience with IBM software and systems is desirable. • Knowledge of the About Time software for effective project time management. • Proven experience with Agile Scrum methodologies to manage and control project delivery. • Understanding of Budget Processes to effectively manage project financials. • Exceptional Communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, team members, and clients. • Prior experience in the Construction industry would be advantageous. • Proficiency in Agile methodologies for project management. • Experience in Agile Coaching to guide teams in the Agile methodology.
