Description Our client in San Ramon is seeking an interim Project Manager for a 6-month engagement. This role offers the opportunity to manage multiple teams with a focus on Scrum methodologies and project management principles. The role is 100% remote and is expected to pay between $60-$75/hr. DOE and location. Responsibilities: • Mentor team members on agile practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles. • Develop, manage, and implement comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables. • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives with multiple scrum teams. • Collaborate with various departments and teams, promoting cohesive project execution. • Coordinate cross-functional team activities, ensuring project objectives are met. • Establish and maintain effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed. • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs. • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders. • Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog. • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in Project Management • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting • Familiarity with Microsoft Project for effective project planning and tracking • Certified ScrumMaster with experience in Agile methodologies • Knowledge of the detail oriented Services industry and its key processes • Ability to manage and lead diverse project teams • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously • Proactive in identifying potential issues and implementing solutions • Capacity to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
