Key Responsibilities: * Manage Testing Resources: Oversee a diverse pool of testing resources from various departments, ensuring alignment and coordination * Oversee Testing Efforts: Lead testing activities across multiple large-scale projects, ensuring all prerequisites are met and resources are properly allocated to Workforce Dimensions, Credentialing, Payroll, HRIS, and IT * Prepare and Maintain Testing Artifacts: Develop and maintain all relevant testing documents, including test plans, test cases, and reports * Coordinate with Project Teams: Ensure seamless integration of testing activities into project timelines, keeping resource managers informed and identifying any gaps * Scheduling and Documentation: Plan and schedule resource testing, document and record all activities, and ensure everything is properly tracked
