We are seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join our dynamic and growing Houston team. This role is a key part of a collaborative, cross-functional team delivering critical infrastructure solutions that improve public health and community resilience. You will manage and contribute to the planning, design, and execution of a wide range of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including treatment plants, lift stations, pump stations, odor control systems, water wells, and utility system expansions.
This is a leadership opportunity for a motivated engineering professional who enjoys both technical challenges and client engagement.
As a Project Manager on our Water / Wastewater team, you will be
+ an important team member on a cross-functional team of engineers and other professionals
+ working on the engineering planning, analysis, design, estimating, contracting, project management, construction and delivery phases for treatment plants, pump stations, lift stations, odor control systems, water wells, and other utility water systems; municipal and facility master planning, evaluation, rehabilitation and expansion
+ developing and managing project schedules
+ tracking and management of the financial aspects of projects
+ involved in the development of proposals and presentations
+ part of the client management team
+ working with outside sub-consultants
+ collaborating to ensure that technical, quality, cost and client requirements are implemented
+ preparing a range of reports to communicate project information to team members, clients, and other stakeholders
+ continuously expanding your professional capabilities and knowledge
Requirements
+ Prior experience in Water/Wastewater system design and project management
+ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or other related engineering discipline
+ Professional Engineer registration; ability to obtain a Texas license within 6 months
