Job Overview:
The Project Manager will work under the direction of the AVP, Monmouth Medical Center and SVP, Southern Region and RWJBH System Referral Management Optimization.
Qualifications:
Required:
Master's degree in project management, health administration or advanced analytical required. Knowledge of project and information management through formal project management professional and master program trainingGood analytical and advanced problem-solving ability to assess, prioritize and solve highly complex problems in relation to project executionAbility to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and prioritiesAnalytical ability required to gather data, perform complex analysis by using excel advanced functionalitiesExcellent communication, leadership, problem solving and analytical skills including attention to detail and must be able to multi-taskPreferred:
Medical terminology background preferred.Experience in project and data management preferredEssential Functions
Fulfill this hands-on role that requires managing day-to-day functionality in relation to various projects/programs and reporting platforms in order to support following major initiatives Program Expansion Planning (Chinese, Russian and other upcoming new initiatives) and execution Monthly scorecard creation, automation and dissemination for all programs under the RWJBH Community specific medical program Outreach event planning Establish and strengthen positive relationships and social connections in NJ ethnic specific communities leaders to support the program development, planning and execution goalsMust be able to work on multiple projects concurrently, manage the workload per deadlines and have the flexibility to shift priorities with ease and professionalismProvide assistance in developing, strategizing and implementing various projects to support community specific medical program growth goalsEstablish needed database and develop automation process by using advanced data analytics skillsDevelop and maintain needed scorecards through detailed data analysis to monitor project outcomesFunction as facilitator and proactively communicate project-related matters with various key stakeholders under the direction of AVP and SVP to enhance collaboration and achieve organizational goalsOther Duties:
