Seeking an experienced Project Manager with a PE license to lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering projects from initiation through completion.
Job Requirements:
B.S. in engineering or equivalent field
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
Minimum 5 years of consulting engineering experience
Previous project management experience
Professional registration in multiple states preferred
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in project budgeting and cost control
Familiarity with project scheduling software and status reporting systems
Ability to interpret technical scopes and deliverables
Experience with report writing and quality control review processes
Understanding of engineering standards and regulatory compliance
Job Responsibilities:
Initiate projects with Principals, define scope, budget, and schedule
Lead project teams, ensuring scope and timeline adherence
Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding project status
Coordinate schedules with other project managers to avoid conflicts
Provide technical input and develop project recommendations
Keep project databases up to date with changes and actions
Ensure high-quality reports and presentations are delivered
Identify and communicate new business opportunities
Control project costs and issue change notices for scope modifications
Maximize profitability through resource management and pricing strategies
Manage and support project staff development and performance
Solicit new clients and projects through networking and proposal development
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business
Pay Details: $130,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
