**๐น About the Role:**
As part of the Markets Program Management Team, you will be responsible for driving regulatory change initiatives, ensuring execution of deliverables across workstreams, and providing subject matter expertise. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and experience working in Capital Markets transformation.
**๐น Key Responsibilities:**

Lead transformation and change management initiatives focused on regulatory compliance in Capital Markets
โ
Collaborate with Business, Legal, Risk, and Operations to ensure operational readiness
โ
Manage cross-functional workstreams, ensuring on-time delivery and issue resolution
โ
Partner with stakeholders to drive data governance, process improvements, and documentation
โ
Analyze large datasets to support decision-making and regulatory reporting
โ
Provide clear and concise presentations to senior leadership on project progress and key insights
โ
Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues proactively
**๐น Must-Have Skills & Experience:**
โ 10+ years in Project Management within Tier 1 banks
โ Strong regulatory change management expertise (Basel, CCAR preferred)
โ Experience in Capital Markets transformation and business process optimization
โ Ability to analyze large datasets and drive data accuracy & governance
โ Stakeholder management skills โ articulate and persuasive communicator
โ PMP or relevant certifications are a strong plus
