**Job Description**
**Project Manager - Work Transitions**
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our HR Shared Services team to drive the implementation of global processes within the Americas region. In this role, you will lead key projects related to the creation and consolidation of HR Shared Services, oversee work transitions, and support the implementation of new processes across multiple geographies. You will manage communication and change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and fostering stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
**Job Responsibilities**
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Project Management & Implementation:**
2. Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery for HR Shared Services processes in the Americas region.
3. Oversee work transitions and consolidations, ensuring milestones, deadlines, and deliverables are met.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Legal, Finance) to implement standardized HR processes.
5. Develop and manage project plans, track progress, and report on KPIs to senior leadership and stakeholders.
6. **Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:**
7. Map and manage stakeholders at various levels, ensuring key individuals are informed and aligned with project objectives.
8. Create and execute communication strategies for different stakeholder groups, ensuring transparency and regular updates.
9. Design and deliver communication materials, including presentations, emails, reports, and newsletters.
10. **Change Management:**
11. Lead change management efforts to drive adoption of new HR processes and systems.
12. Assess change readiness, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation plans.
13. Champion continuous improvement, tailoring change management strategies to regional needs while aligning with global HR initiatives.
14. Provide guidance and support to managers and team members to help them adapt to changes in HR processes.
15. **Training & Development:**
16. Collaborate with HR and learning & development teams to design and implement training programs.
17. Develop and deliver training materials (e.g., e-learning, manuals, FAQs) for end-users and HR personnel.
18. Monitor and assess training effectiveness, providing ongoing support and adjustments as necessary.
19. **Reporting & Continuous Improvement:**
20. Track and report on project status, risks, issues, and key milestones, providing insights to leadership.
21. Collect feedback and data from stakeholders to evaluate project success and areas for improvement.
**Background & Skills**
**Qualifications:**
+ **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field. PMP or other project management certification preferred.
+ **Experience:**
+ 5+ years of project management experience, with a focus on HR processes, shared services, or global transformations.
+ Proven experience leading complex cross-functional projects, particularly in the HR or shared services domain.
+ Expertise in managing change, stakeholder communication, and training programs.
+ Experience in global organizations with an understanding of regional nuances.
+ **Skills & Competencies:**
+ Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
+ In-depth knowledge of change management methodologies and tools.
+ High level of adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana).
