Description One of TEKsystems' clients, a major enterprise company headquartered in Birmingham, AL is looking for 2 Project Managers to join their PMO. Specifically, this group within the PMO supports corporate applications. The organization has a large initiative to become the Center of Excellence for several departments including HR. The Project Managers will support an effort to consolidate HRIS/HCM tools from several other companies (under the umbrella company) to their Workday tenant. 1. Sr. Project Manager Onsite/Birmingham a. Will be managing within the Workday program the Human Capital Management (HCM) team members that make up the following areas: i. Core HCM (i.e., hiring, onboarding, performance management, etc.) ii. Recruiting iii. Benefits iv. Payroll v. Advanced Compensation 2. Sr. Project Manager Onsite/Birmingham a. Will be managing within the Workday program the Workforce Management (WFM) team members that make up the following areas: i. WFM (i.e., time tracking, scheduling and optimization, forecasting, etc.) ii. Recruiting (will be working alongside WFM) iii. Absence iv. HR Compliance Misc: • Resources will need to have extensive experience in PM skills and knowledge of Workday. (i.e., project planning , resource leveling, etc.). o Working knowledge of: PPT, Smart sheets, MS Project, MS Teams, Visio, MS Suite. • Experience in managing multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
