Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager/Business Analyst in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Summary: The successful candidate will be accountable for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes initiating, business requirement gathering, coordinating, leading team activities, as well as overseeing the vendor relationship. Key Responsibilities: * Project Manager/Business Analyst will lead the planning and implementation of the Origami Claims System * Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders * Develop comprehensive project plans encompassing resources, timelines, work breakdown structures, risk mitigation and contingency plans * Coordinate communication/meetings with stakeholders, team members, and vendors to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives and deliverables * Utilize project management software to schedule tasks, track progress and allocate resources efficiently * Work with subject matter experts and claims team members to gather business requirements and ensure vendor and claims team have a mutual understanding * Lead project team members and establish an execution strategy to ensure successful delivery of project outcomes * Reporting regularly to key executive stakeholders on project status, risks, issues, and performance metrics * As a Project Manager/Business Analyst, you will ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and updated regularly * Manage relationship with vendors and contractors, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of the Origami Claims System * Conduct and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) * Resolve escalated issues promptly and effectively to minimize project risks and ensure goals are achieved * Create and provide project reports including weekly status report and Steering Committee decks
