Project Marketing Manager

 

 


Why does this role exist? 


JTI France is seeking a key pillar in the marketing team. The Marketing Project Manager has to deliver long-term projects to support acceleration of business growth. 


 What will you actually do?

In this position, you will be responsible for growing strategic pillars, and cross-functional business projects, and will be the architect of the brand activation experience across different marketing touchpoints under JTI Global recommendations, local practices, and regulation


Key Responsibilities: 

 

In this role, you will: 

 

co-develop & execute the activation plan 

build consumer activation plan and supervise its high quality and timely implementation, shaping an effective Consumer Ecosystem across all touchpoints, including merchandising, POSM development (Point Of Sales Materials), consumer communication, HORECA activation (Hôtels Restaurants Cafés)   ensure all consumer-facing communication is in line with JTI Global guidelines and the local regulatory environment

 

manage marketing Agile projects

 

lead or support marketing projects in collaboration with other functions to support business growth ensure smooth implementation in due time, and the satisfaction of all players

 

and also

 

define KPI's, monitor and control activation performance along the entire consumer experience funnel, and ensure optimal ROI identify commercial priorities and needs, optimizing investment and resource allocation plan, manage, and control the usage of the budget and other resources allocated for marketing activities

 

 

Skills & Experience: 

 

 

University degree or equivalent, with fundamental knowledge of marketing principles 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, trade marketing or consumer activation Fluency in both French and English  Strong communication and good interpersonal skills, high presentation skills, active team player, structured thinker with excellent analytical skills Self-disciplined, organized, result-oriented, willing to take responsibility, work independently and under time pressure Creative and solution-oriented Ability to adapt easily and rapidly to any changes, and to be at ease with working in a dynamic and complex environment, ability to cope with multiple tasks
