Project Marketing Manager - US Based Remote

Position Overview: As a Project Manager at The Studio, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional creative solutions for Anywhere Real Estate’s agents, franchises, brands, and initiatives. This position plays a critical role in overseeing the entire lifecycle of creative projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in project management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders. They are comfortable providing guidance on projects and have a strong grasp on how agency services fit into the broader goals of the company. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Project Planning & Strategy: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables by implementing strategic project plans and proactively contributing strategic ideas that drive business results while constantly striving to optimize processes and make data-driven decisions.

Quality Assurance and Delivery: Monitor the project lifecycle from kick-off to delivery, ensuring timely completion of tasks, escalation of roadblocks to relevant stakeholders, and thorough review of the quality of creative deliverables to ensure they align with brand standards and project goals.

Communication & Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, building positive relationships with key stakeholders across the Anywhere organization and serving as chief liaison between stakeholders and Creative Operations by conducting regular status meetings, maintaining project documentation, and actively seeking feedback on how to improve processes.

Creative Operations: prepare reporting and dashboards that inform leadership of areas of opportunity regarding time tracking, project volume, team efficiency, team capacity, financial results, and other relevant data.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals. Mastery of project management software including Adobe Workfront. Acute understanding of tools, technology, processes, and best practices throughout the organization and the project management space as a whole. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset. Aptitude to think strategically about project management and creative operations, and their impact on business objectives.   Strong understanding of creative processes and workflows, with the ability to develop new and optimize existing. Adaptable, resourceful, and solution-oriented, with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and drive resolution.  Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data.  Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
