Foth is seeking a Marketing Specialist who is team-focused, detail-oriented, and proactive-minded. A successful candidate will be self-motivated with the ability to solve problems and generate ideas within a fast-paced, deadline driven, team environment. This position will be based out of our Cedar Rapids, Iowa office location.Responsibilities:Communicate and collaborate with leaders to prepare client-centric, compelling submittals to Requests for Proposals / Qualifications.Create exciting collateral highlighting services, projects, and professionals.Promote Foth brand and identity throughout digital and print marketing pieces.Support database and asset management.Assist with member, project, and culture-based photography as necessary.Support website and social media strategies as necessary.Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications/Journalism, Graphic Design, Multi-Media, Marketing, Public Relations, Business or equivalent technical experience.3+ years of professional experience writing and developing proposals, policies, and/or supporting marketing efforts in a professional services company.Writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Prior experience with website development Prior experience developing and executing social media strategies.Experience using Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).Preferred Qualifications: Experience writing for B2B marketing initiatives.Experience creating marketing material for professional services.1+ year of experience developing proposals for federal or state funded projects.Why Foth: Established Reputation: With over 86 years of experience, we are proud to be 100% member-owned.Dynamic Culture: Benefit from a values-based, client-centered, and flexible work environment, with ample professional growth opportunities and supportive colleagues, contributing to our impressive 92+% member retention rate.Challenging Projects: Engage in diverse and exciting projects that promote continuous professional growth and development.
