Project Operations Administrator

What would you do as our  Project Operations Administrator

As our Project Operations Administrator, in accordance with current internal & external Health & Safety legislation and current KPI’s, you would ensure that products are installed on time, within the cost plan, and are completed to the customer’s satisfaction.

 

You would also be responsible for:

Manage project documentation, including order acknowledgements, variations, RAMS, and ensure AS400 reflects approved specifications before manufacturing. Coordinate with production teams and suppliers to ensure on-time material delivery, price matching, and maximising direct deliveries. Oversee subcontractor processes, including obtaining tenders, clarifying scopes, providing documentation, and ensuring accurate cost assessments. Maintain project files, update AS400 and ISAC systems, issue material delivery forecasts, and ensure smooth handover to Service. Monitor budgets, conduct cost analysis, track project statuses, and flag potential overspends before order placement or invoice approval.

 

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who has:

Strong knowledge of MS Office suite and previous experience in administrative roles. GCSE Maths and English or equivalent. Good communication skills written and verbal. A level of budget responsibility.
