EL Customer Operations Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will responsible to track & monitor the Commercial Projects revenue & operational performance, work together with the US Project Execution team & Commercial Projects Managers, ensuring that ABB policies are consistently followed.Ensuring that the portfolio of projects is managed consistently based on best practices and ABB policies, controls, and requirements.The work model for the role is: #L-HybridThis role is contributing to the ELECTRIFICATION team and stakeholders.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tOversee the assignment and routing of projects based on scope, complexity and region. Ensure alignment with organizational priorities and efficient resource allocation.•\tPerforming lost opportunities analyses, identifying potential causes, and recommending future actions in coordination with Sales/local business unit to achieve improved results.•\tMonitor and analyze the projects pipeline & current workload, Identifying and addressing capacity issues to balance load across PMs with knowledge and business targets as references.•\tProvide technical advice and input referencing project specifications provided by customers or proposals channels, specifically regarding ABB products, systems, and applications. Electrical projects will be focused in the commercial construction markets and may include, but are not limited to, retail, airports, entertainment, hospitals, education (schools, colleges, universities), multi-story residential and water/waste-water treatment plants.

Qualifications for the role

Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a project management role or similar supply chain project based experience. Work experience in an English-speaking environment is a MUST. Leadership: ability to lead and manage a team. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders. Customer Service: Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and improving client satisfaction. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers.
