**Description**
Procedures
+ Align, support, and establish project roles, responsibilities, and expectations across Global Practice delivery methods.
+ Identification, development, coordination, and implementation of project execution minimum expectations, best practices, and process improvement across the Global Practice.
+ Developing and equipping the Global Practice with tools and resources across office locations, business lines, and accounts to perform their responsibilities effectively and efficiently.
+ Career coaching, leadership planning, personnel development, and the development of training and education associated with the Projects functional area.
+ Coordinate and communicate applicable policies, procedures, and changes from corporate departments (Legal, Risk, Accounting, Project Delivery, etc) to the business lines.
Organizational
+ Development, coordination, implementation, and leadership of the GP business initiatives, goals, and objectives associated with the Projects functional area across the Global Practice.
+ Support business initiative strategists and coordinators that are responsible for driving strategies and initiatives throughout the organization.
+ Responsible for establishing and verifying the project management career progression, skills, expectations, and development path within the Global Practice across all delivery methods.
+ Management of the Project-focused initiatives associated with the Operational Alignment program to establish best practices, guidelines, and procedures across the Global Practice.
+ Establish a system for resource forecasting and management to provide real time staffing plans, workload assessment, and backlog commitments for individuals across the Global Practice.
Project Execution
+ Development of Global Practice project execution planning expectations, systems, progress tracking, and project-level performance monitoring.
+ Provide guidance for subconsultant management expectations, guidelines, and day-to-day implementation in coordination with the Global Practice Business Diversity strategy and initiatives.
+ Incorporate processes and monitoring for individual project financial deal sheets, variances against target profit margins, and report on Global Practice portfolio trending monthly.
+ Function as the Projects functional area representative in support of the Quality Management System (QMS) within the Global Practice to communicate and implement strategies, initiatives, and non-conformance corrective actions to organizational and project personnel.
+ All other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field from an accredited program.
+ Minimum 7 years of related experience required.
+ Strongly prefer 10 or more years of relevant consulting experience in the associated Global Practice
+ Demonstrated results in successfully managing large, complex, and diversified portfolios of work across many office locations.
+ Position requires the ability and experience to thoughtfully and positively influence, lead, and manage large scale change initiatives throughout the Global Practice.
+ Candidates must possess ability to process and manage organizational, account, and project financial data.
+ Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; and the ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management, and clients.
