This role focuses on optimizing operational processes and designing efficient workflows related to project data maintenance and governance. **Key Responsibilities:** + Prepare project charters and provide support during the quoting stage, through to handover to the execution team + Define and build the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) based on the technical scope and commercial obligations; maintain WBS in the ERP system with progress updates throughout execution + Prepare and maintain project documentation such as the Project Charter and Project FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) + Assist with budget planning and financial analysis + Oversee and coordinate projects, including planning, billing, and revenue milestones + Review contracts and financials (e.g., contractual obligations, terms & conditions), with a focus on understanding and managing risks + Evaluate overall project status—plans, risks, and progress—using data analytics + Develop optimized operational systems and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity + Provide technical support and training to promote best practices **Qualifications:** + A university degree is required.
